Skills are not really learned until practiced and applied. If the workshop is two hours, one half day or a full day, leaders gain real world insights into improving their performance. It is also customary for organizations to allow our faculty to link the classroom activities to individual and team performance expectations in their workplace. In order for the training to be targeted, there are many forms of individual and/or organizational assessments that we may use to align the training to business outcomes for the organization and/or individual department or division.
